Le cardigan est violet et jaune. The cardigan is purple and yellow.
Les cardigans sont violets et jaunes. The cardigans are purple and yellow.

NB The plural ‘s’ is added to the noun and the adjective.

NB Colours come AFTER the noun and have to agree with the noun they describe.
