Le slip - pants

The French word is colour coded to represent the difference between masculine words (blue) and feminine words (red).

Making sentences plural in French.
REMEMBER pants, in English, are always plural.

Le slip est blanc. The pants are white.

NB Colours come AFTER the noun and have to agree with the noun they describe.

le vélo bleu the blue bike
la voiture bleue the blue car

Qu’est-ce que tu portes? What are you wearing?
Je porte un slip blanc. I’m wearing some white pants.

Où est ton slip? Where are your pants?

Est-ce que tu as vu mon slip? Have you seen my pants?
