The French word is colour coded to represent the difference between masculine words (blue) and feminine words (red).

Making sentences plural in French

Le tee-shirt est rouge et bleu. The tee-shirt is red and blue.
Les tee-shirts sont rouges et bleus. The tee-shirts are red and blue.

NB The plural ‘s’ is added to the noun and the adjective.

NB Colours come AFTER the noun and have to agree with the noun they describe.
