It is colour coded to represent the difference between masculine words (blue) and feminine words (red).

Making sentences plural in French

Le pull est vert. The jumper is green.
Les pulls sont verts. The jumpers are green.

NB The plural ‘s’ is added to the noun and the adjective.

NB Colours come AFTER the noun and have to agree with the noun they describe.

Je porte un pull vert. I’m wearing a green jumper.
