NB This worksheet may be photocopied for private use within the purchasing institution only.

NB When photocopying make sure the teacher has a copy so he/she can tick off the food and colours as a reference.

This is a revision exercise for food and colours.
Everyone can play, even the poor readers, because all the colours are in symbol form (no reading is required).

1st GAME: Ask the children to colour in 5 items of food.

Start reading out the food words very slowly.
The children cross out the items of food they have coloured.

The winner is the first child to cross out all 5 pictures.

This game can be played four times (twice with food and twice with colours)
