To choose the correct French word for each item of clothing on the washing line.

Reading, observation and colouring

TIPS FOR TEACHERS
Once the children have circled the correct word, encourage them to colour the feminine words (la) in red and the masculine words (le) in blue.
This helps reinforce the difference between la and le.

Special care should be taken on presentation, neat colouring and choice of colours.
