THIS IS A WHOLE CLASS ACTIVITY
Practice reading this page as a class.
Ask a child to choose another child and say one of the food words in English eg ham.
You could also show a flashcard of some food (see our food section of flashcards).
The other child has to ask for it in French eg Je voudrais du jambon, s’il vous plait.

GAME: The teacher reads out one of the sentences and a child has to write the word in English or draw a picture on the white board.
