Il y en a sept. There are seven.

NB Don't forget the plural 's'.

Passe-moi le stylo, s’il te plait. Pass me the pen, please.
Passe-moi un stylo, s’il te plait. Pass me a pen, please.

As-tu un stylo dans ta trousse? Have you got a pen in your pencil-case?
