Il y en a sept. There are seven.

NB Don't forget the plural 's'.

Making sentences plural in French
The plural of l’ is les

L'avion est rouge. The aeroplane is red.
Les avions sont rouges. The aeroplanes are red.

NB The plural ‘s’ is added to the noun and the adjective.

NB Colours come AFTER the noun and have to agree with the noun they describe.
