The plural of l’ is les

L'abeille est jaune et noire. The bee is yellow and black.
Les abeilles sont jaunes et noires. The bees are yellow and black.

NB The plural ‘s’ is added to the noun and the adjective.
Colours come AFTER the noun and have to agree with the noun they describe.
